Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Standard lead time on orders from our Website is 3 – 5 working days.

A person must be present to help unload the goods and sign for receipt. Delivery drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside. Client must supply Forklift for off-loading (if required).

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside Northern Ireland, please contact our sales team to arrange delivery and enquire about shipping costs.

 

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your goods, please notify us within 72 hours and we will arrange a returns form. Items must be unused and in perfect, resale condition, and they must be sent back to us within 14 days, with the Returns Form included. Once the goods have been received and inspected to check they meet the requirements outlined above you will receive a refund (credited back to the method you paid with) within 7 working days of receipt. We charge a re-stocking fee of 5% of the order value.

If you choose to return any items that were purchased as part of a promotion, and by returning part of your order your remaining total means you are no longer eligible for the original discount, the value of that discount will be deducted from any refunds due.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a Signed For recorded delivery service as Relinea are not liable for any items that go missing en-route back to us. Thank you for your cooperation.
