Relinea’s EO Staff Representative, Steven Higgins, and Estimating Manager, Michael Watson, recently returned from an inspiring two days at the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) Annual Conference!
The EOA Conference is the UK’s largest event dedicated to employee ownership, attracting hundreds of EO explorers, business leaders, and employee owners. This year’s conference was a hub of innovation and collaboration, offering attendees the chance to share knowledge, learn from industry pioneers, and celebrate the transformative power of employee ownership.
Steven and Michael were delighted to engage in thought-provoking sessions and bringing back fresh insights to further enhance our employee-owned journey.
