Relinea Gears Up for World Mental Health Day with Stationary Cycle Fundraiser
In celebration of World Mental Health Day, Relinea is excited to announce a special fundraising event taking place on October 10th. From 8am to 12pm, staff members will be teaming up to cycle on a stationary bike, taking turns to see how many miles they can collectively clock up during the four-hour challenge.
This initiative highlights the important connection between physical activity and mental well-being. Exercise releases endorphins, which promote positivity and help make daily stresses feel more manageable. Relinea is proud to support this cause while encouraging everyone to prioritise their mental health.
What makes this event even more meaningful is that it is raising funds for four incredible charities: St. Vincent de Paul, Air Ambulance NI, Cash for Kids, and Guide Dogs for the Blind NI. These organisations play vital roles in supporting vulnerable members of our community, and Relinea is thrilled to contribute to their efforts.
The entire Relinea team is looking forward to seeing how many miles they can conquer for a great cause! We encourage our community to get involved, cheer on the participants, and make a donation if possible. Every contribution will help make a difference.
Stay tuned for updates on our progress and join us in celebrating World Mental Health Day by supporting mental well-being and our chosen charities!
