The company came together to celebrate the day with a team lunch from the local chippy, buns, and a talk from our Directors. We understand that maintaining a successful EOT culture means building a sense of belonging, clear direction, and valuing everybody’s contribution equally. Our first year as an EOT has been a brilliant experience for us all but we still have a lot to learn.
