Radar NI is Northern Ireland’s first interactive safety and life skills education centre. The new life skills centre will provide interactive safety focussed experiences for kids and young people via a full sized state-of-the art indoor village – see www.radarni.co.uk

Relinea were approached by the principal contractor of the centre to design and manufacture glass reinforced plastic (GRP) brick effect cladding for the exterior of the pop-up shops within the centre’s indoor village.

The client asked Relinea to produce an aged effect finish on the brick cladding to provide a more genuine appearance of the indoor village. This was successfully achieved through Relinea’s highly skilled workmanship and composite technology.

Lightweight GRP brick effect cladding is an ideal solution where the use of heavy brick or stone is unfeasible. GRP Brick effect cladding panels can further be utilised for retrofitting when original cladding has become worn, damaged or dated.

All Relinea composite cladding products are made bespoke and specific to client requirements. The impact resistant and U.V resistant characteristics of GRP cladding guarantee a highly durable, yet aesthetically pleasing product that does not require maintenance or replacement.
